Automatic Spray Gun T80

Product Overview

This automatic air spray gun adopts proven HVLP-compliant atomization technology. Re-engineered and upgraded on the basis of the mechanical structure and core spraying performance of classic industrial automatic spray guns, it delivers superior atomization quality and industry-leading overall performance among mid-to-high volume industrial automatic spraying equipment.

Equipped with a self-developed high-performance front-end assembly, the gun features detachable and interchangeable baffle rings and air cap locking threads. The innovative double-sided quick-release radial clamp design offers compact installation dimensions and simple one-sided quick operation. It achieves rapid trigger response under low inlet air pressure, while keeping the Tool Centre Point (TCP) fully consistent with old-generation automatic spray gun models. All matched air caps are factory pre-calibrated with integrated indexing positioning pins. The optional stainless steel fluid needle with an abrasion-resistant plastic tip, paired with a stainless steel fluid seat, greatly extends service life. Fully compatible with both waterborne and solvent-borne coatings, this gun is widely applied in high-end industrial finishing production lines.

Our R&D team ported high-efficiency atomization technology verified on premium manual spray guns and upgraded the mature automatic gun platform to launch this product series. It supports standard low-pressure compliant spraying, with overall spraying performance reaching or exceeding that of mainstream commercially available air caps worldwide. This next-generation automatic gun platform effectively improves coating transfer efficiency and reduces total air consumption.

Built with excellent serviceability and maintainability, the gun is ideal for high-duty continuous production cycles in the finishing industry. Three dedicated high-efficiency air cap options are available to meet diverse Class A high-gloss topcoat appearance requirements.

The redesigned quick-disconnect gun head significantly reduces production downtime; gun head replacement and on-site maintenance can be completed within seconds. Optimized straight-through smooth-bore internal fluid channels accelerate color change and solvent purging cycles, fully meeting stringent Class A premium surface finish specifications.

The equipment supports standard fixed pedestal mounting. With optional adapters and hose assemblies, it can be perfectly matched with most mainstream robotic painting systems on the market.

Core Product Advantages

l Low-pressure-drop smooth-bore internal fluid channels, accelerating color change and solvent purging efficiency

l Radial clamp locking structure with reliable sealing performance, effectively reducing O-ring abrasion and failure risks

l Fully enclosed clamping mechanism with no exposed hardware, preventing paint accumulation and jamming faults

l Air cap indexing adjustment available without removing the fluid nozzle, simplifying on-site spray pattern fine-tuning

l Air cap retaining ring comes as standard configuration, equipped with integrated sealing gaskets

l Large-diameter actuating piston enables ultra-fast trigger cycle response

l Complete trigger stroke output is maintained stably even under reduced operating air pressure

l Streamlined gun body structure with fewer vulnerable core components, lowering routine maintenance workload

l Fluid needle can be disassembled from the gun rear end without full equipment disassembly
