PreMix is an off-line automatic paint dispensing system specifically designed for paint mixing rooms in spray coating lines. It delivers on-demand, precise paint proportioning with accurate metering, as well as data storage and upload/download capabilities. The entire unit is engineered to explosion-proof design standards, making it suitable for installation in paint mixing rooms and other explosion-proof required areas — ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
A high-precision explosion-proof electronic scale combined with a high-precision dispensing valve, driven by intermittent dispensing software algorithms, ensures accurate measurement (dispensing accuracy ±5%, adjustable as required).
Compact and lightweight, with a dispensing control box whose height can be flexibly adjusted to the container size — installation is not constrained by site conditions.
The touchscreen, power switch, and electronic scale all use components with EX (explosion-proof) certification. Internal electrical controls are housed in sealed explosion-proof enclosures; proper grounding is all that is needed for safe explosion-proof operation.
A 10-inch industrial color touchscreen provides intuitive parameter configuration, allowing operators to get started quickly.
Electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from leading domestic and international brands, while the dispensing valve is a high-precision valve independently developed by TEDA — stable, reliable, and backed by worry-free after-sales support.
