PreMix Offline Paint Dispenser–purpose-built for paint mixing rooms on spray lines. Features on-demand precise paint proportioning, error-free metering, and data storage, upload, and download capabilities. For paint proportioning control, the system handles formula dispensing for up to six liquids, supports automatic loading or manual addition, and stores 200 formula parameters. The unit meets explosion-proof design standards and Zone 2 explosion protection requirements, suitable for installation in well-ventilated paint mixing rooms and other explosion-proof locations, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
