OVERVIEW

Precision gear pumps for metering base and catalyst in spray finishing. Floteck GP Series pumps hold paint output within ±2%, cycle after cycle, keeping base and catalyst on ratio for waterborne, solventborne and plural component (2K) coatings.

• ±2% paint output repeatability — identical output, cycle after cycle
• ADLC-coated hardened stainless fluid section — wear and corrosion resistant
• 1.5 / 3.0 / 6.0 cc/rev — one mounting interface, 8 models, base (A) and catalyst (B)

Description

ABB gear pump equivalent

Floteck GP Series precision gear pump

WHY CHOOSE THE GP SERIES

Every feature of the GP Series serves one purpose: identical paint output, cycle after cycle.

• ±2% paint output repeatability — keeps base and catalyst on ratio, reducing off-ratio material and rework.
• ADLC wear-resistant coating — every wetted part is ADLC-coated for high surface hardness, low friction and longer service life.
• Dual-shaft design as standard — two-shaft layout on every model, drivable from either side for flexible line layout.
• Optional fluid pressure sensor kits — kits 200146 / 200147 provide closed-loop fluid pressure control on the A and B sides.
• Optional bypass flush module — circulates solvent at 30–50 rpm for faster color change and purge.
• Optional shaft wash (TSL) — keeps throat seal liquid on the shaft packings, preventing cure-up and seized shafts.
• Liquid seal with TSL chamber — barrier-fluid chamber isolates air and lubricates the packings, keeping seals reliable.

FLUID SECTION DESIGN

All wetted components are machined from hardened stainless steel and ADLC-coated for wear and corrosion resistance. The pump can be dismounted from the application without disconnecting external hoses or cables.

Modular pump assembly: fluid section, pressure block and manifold

• Pump fluid section — hardened stainless steel, ADLC-coated on all wetted surfaces.
• Inlet / outlet manifold — outlet module mounts directly onto the pump top plate, reducing part count; 316L stainless steel with PTFE for corrosion resistance.
• Drive shaft — Ø10 mm shaft with a 3 mm keyway for reliable drive coupling and easy field service.
• Idler shaft — high locating accuracy minimises eccentric wear, holding paint output and mix ratio over time.
• Seal kit with TSL chamber — bearing-supported for demanding duty cycles; quadruple-seal design located by bearing and guide bushing; barrier-fluid (TSL) chamber keeps packings lubricated and air-free.

APPLICATIONS: ONE SERIES FOR EVERY COATING

Dedicated GP Series configurations cover waterborne, solventborne and plural component (2K) spray applications.

Waterborne Coatings
Corrosion-resistant wetted parts handle waterborne material and wash-down duty while holding output accuracy. Models: GP6020, GP6P20.

Solventborne Coatings
A hardened stainless fluid section with ADLC coating resists solvent attack and abrasive wear. Models: GP6W20, GP3P20.

Plural Component (2K)
Dedicated catalyst-side models hold the base-to-catalyst mix ratio within tolerance. Models: GP3W20, GP3030, GP1530.
