Low Pressure Regulator designed for air spray systems to ensure precise and reliable fluid pressure control at spray guns, dispensing valves, or atomizing nozzles. Installed on circulation loop output devices or pumps, this regulator reduces main line pressure to maintain required operating pressure at the application point.

Low Pressure Back Pressure Valve is Mechanically operated in air spray systems to limit supply pressure to a preset value by opening the outlet and diverting excess material upon reaching predetermined pressure. Designed for use in circulating systems.

Advantages

The stainless steel pressure regulator is used in air spray circulation systems to reduce mainline pressure and maintain stable fluid output to the spray gun or atomizer. Solvent-based coatings typically use models FRL10Y/30Y, while water-based and high-solid coatings use FRL10S/30S. The back pressure valve (BRL1/BRL2) maintains upstream pressure and stabilizes flow to reduce pulsation in high-precision applications.
